Consumers Conference dedicated to company's 15th anniversary

October 29, Zelenograd, Moscow, Russia. Consumers Conference dedicated to Epiel's 15th anniversary took place in Morozovka Resort near Zelenograd. A number of major Russian microelectronics manufacturers participated in the event.

The Conference program featured participants' reports on current activities and future technological development plans. Participants discussed essential applications of silicon and sapphire-based structures in semiconductor device manufacturing. In particular, promising SOS, SOI and GaN applications were discussed.

Epiel's reports were devoted to company's epitaxial facility expansion and modernization program, research and development activities, new epi wafer products and quality management improvements.

Epiel is greatful to all participants and hopes that this event will be further held on a regular basis attracting a wide range of microelectronics industry players in Russia and beyond.
