September 4-6, 2013, Taibei, Taiwan. Epiel JSC participated in Semicon Taiwan 2013 international exhibition as part of a joint display of Moscow-based innovative companies. Organised annually by SEMI - a global association of manufacturers of semiconductor equipment and materials - Semicon Taiwan is one of the major events for the semiconductor industry in South East Asia.
With the expansion of its Epi facility and introduction of new Epi products Epiel JSC is seeking business opportunities in the region. At Semicon Taiwan the company presented 200mm silicon epi wafers for Power electronics and 150mm silicon-on-sapphire (SOS) epi wafers for HF and radiation-resistant applications.
