July 10-12, 2013, Seoul, Korea. Epiel JSC took part in NanoKorea 2013 international exhibition as part of a joint display of Moscow-based innovative companies. The company presented 200mm silicon epi wafers for Power electronics and 150mm silicon-on-sapphire (SOS) epi wafers for HF and radiation-resistant applications.
