10.10.2019 Representatives of Epiel JSC took part in The 5th Anniversary International Forum «Microelectronics 2019»

The 5th Anniversary International Forum «Microelectronics 2019» held place from 30th of Septeber to 5th of October 2019. As part of the program representatives of Epiel JSC presented report on «Formation of an AlN Transition Layer on 3C-SiC / Si (111) Templates by Ammonia Molecular Beam Epitaxy» and «Effect of solid-state recrystallization with double implantation on the density of structural defects in ultrathin silicon layers on sapphire epitaxy».

October 26, 2018, Moscow, Russia, Epiel hosted a Customer Conference attributed to the company's 20th anniversary. The Conference brought together a number of national semiconductor industry players to discuss latest developments and explore current and future trends in semiconductors. Speakers presentations featured reports on different aspects of epitaxy, device design and fabrication, new materials and many more.

The 10th International Conference on Silicon Epitaxy and heterostructures (ICSI-10) was held at The University of Warwick, Coventry, UK on 14-19th May 2017. ICSI is the prime international conference focusing on science, engineering, technologies and instrumentation of Silicon based epitaxy. Epiel was participating in conference with two poster reports and taking part in exhibition.
